More than forty foreign royals and celebrities such as footballer David Beckham are among the 1,900 guests at the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, to be held in London on 29. The Royal Household has announced today some details of the wedding, to be held in Westminster Abbey and is expected to be followed by 2,000 million viewers worldwide.
Will be all the royal family and 46 foreign royals, including Queen Sofia of Spain and the princes of Asturias, King Constantine of Greece and his wife, Queen Anne and the princes of Orange, William and Max Netherlands. Also included Prince Albert of Monaco and his fiancee, Charlene Wittstock, Prince Philip and Princess Mathilde of Belgium, the Sultan of Brunei, the kings of Norway, King of Tonga, the prince of Bahrain, the queen of Denmark and Crown Prince of Greece.
Diplomats, members of the British government and members of sport and entertainment have been invited. In addition to the British prime minister, David Cameron, and his wife, Samantha, will be deputy prime minister, Nick Clegg, and his wife Miriam, the owner of Foreign Affairs, William Hague, Minister of Economy, George Osborne, the Justice Minister Kenneth Clarke, and the chairman of the House of Commons, John Bercow.
Also the leader of the opposition, the Labour Ed Miliband, Justine Thornton and his fiancee. The soccer player David Beckham and his wife, Victoria, the singer Elton John with her husband, David Furnish, and British filmmaker Guy Ritchie, former husband of singer Madonna, appearing on the list of invitees released by Clarence House ( Prince Charles's official residence), but it is not complete.
It will also be British actor Rowan Atkinson, a friend of Prince Charles and known for the television character "Mr Bean" and the Peruvian photographer Mario Testino, head of the official photographs of the engagement of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
