The twenty-fourth edition of the Kids' Choice Awards took place on Saturday April 2 at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles. Another year, Nickelodeon gives awards to artists of film and music beloved by young audiences. Some of the winners of the evening were Justin Bieber (best male singer and best song), Kate Perry (best female singer), The Black Eyed Peas (best band), Johnny Depp (Best Actor), or Miley Cyrus (Best Actress .) The ceremony featured numerous highlights.
The gala began with Jake Black, who served as host, singing along with The Black Eyed Peas. Later, Justin Timberlake received a special award for his charitable work. However, the climax of the gala starring Jim Carrey, who closed the ceremony by flying over the audience assembled in a balloon.
