After weeks of hype about the supposed tensions between the couple before and after their marriage, Albert of Monaco has come out of his silence "We want to express our outrage at rumors. It's unbearable," he told the king to Nice Matin journalist and editors of two newspapers in the Principality, summoned to the palace.
"What is regrettable is that the media seized on these rumors without verifying their information. I find it unworthy of from your colleagues. I have always respected the freedom of expression. But the dissemination of false information is lamentable and subject to criminal sanctions, "he said.
"Sometimes those rumors made us smile, such as when the media explained that the princess and I had not slept in the same hotel in South Africa. It was for practical reasons of course," Yeah, just not very convincing the same.
