Encouraged by her friend Gwyneth Paltrow, Quen B propose in this book the best recipes of her mother, Tina, an expert in Soul Food, cooking in the southern United States.

According to the Daily Mirror, the book will present the typical dishes of his mother as "cabbage, corn, a gratin of macaroni and cheese and fried chicken."
