At the first hearing of the trial for custody of Nahla, Halle Berry has emerged victorious. The former Bond girl has acududio the court in Los Angeles for an emergency hearing, and that the actress needed a special permit to travel the United States with her child. Halle needs to travel for several weeks for work.
But it was not all that easy in the history of Berry and Gabriel Aubry former, because the interpreter had to reject other role as the father of the little girl refused to grant him custody during that time. According to the statements made: "We are happy that the judge has taken the time to address this issue so imminent and important," said Berry's attorney, Neal Hersh.
One small step for justice and a big step for Halle Berry.
