Usher was charged two days before her concert at Bercy, not having paid the author of this song on her new album. The composer Kam Parker had written a dozen songs for the star but was not paid. He reportedly signed a false contract where the remuneration and copyright was not mentioned. Kam has decided to raise this matter in the hands of a judge.
