Neil Strauss, a journalist and rock critic at the New York Times and Rolling Stone Magazine, is about to release a book titled Everyone Loves You When You are Dead (Everybody loves you when you're dead). For this, he met a few iconic personalities who have been touched by death. The man then made an evening at Courtney Love, widow of Kurt Cobain's famous for his feelings about the death of her husband.
But Neil Strauss does not expect to be invited to sniff the ashes of Nirvana leader! "She was very serious when I made this proposal, told the reporter RadarOnline site. She really wanted me to snort the ashes. She opened the door of a closet and pulled out a tin box in which she raised the lid.
Inside, there was a plastic bag filled with ashes. A smell of jasmine came from the ballot box. " Neil Strauss says he then suggested to Courtney that she was doing was not a very good idea what she would have replied: "I'm very keen." We all know the crazy character of the singer but, it goes too far.
