Isasaweis recommend using a pre-base to secure and enhance the shadows. After the base apply a matte vanilla shadow to give a little color to the eyelid. Isasaweis recommends a creamy black pencil for easy blurring. Once applied the pencil brushes use synthetic hair short and hard, ideal for blending cream products such as pen that we applied.
