Six months imprisonment for stealing in a dustbin!

"Let poor and shut up." Thus could be summed up this heart-rending story that shows us that want to eat while not dip into the supermarket shelves may be wrong! Indeed, a judge of Dendermonde (Belgium) has sentenced a man to six months imprisonment (suspended) because he had stolen some muffins obsolete in waste container from a supermarket.

For over ten years, the man was the supermarket bins for his own use, but also to help people in need. As for Fleming, skimmer dumpsters, the penalty is really excessive. The defense plans to appeal and should take its final decision next week: "We oppose the argument that food remains the property of the supermarket after it is thrown," said Frank Scheerlinck Master, who had asked the acquittal of his client.

Confusing!
