Nguyen Duy Hai is 31 and lives from birth with a tumor. Despite surgery suffered fourteen years ago, the tumor remained tenacious and although benign, has continued to grow. Today, it reaches one meter in diameter and 80 pounds weight. According to doctors, the tumor was due to a genetic mutation. Note that the man does not seem to suffer, but he has great difficulty in moving.
