After avoiding jail, Lindsay Lohanpeut as he left his home yesterday told TMZ. Convicted of theft and house arrest, the young woman has served his sentence but will still do some community service and attend a seminar on awareness of the flight. Hope that Lindsay does not recur anytime soon.
