Miley Cyrus seems to ignore the rules of the gas stations and parks his car so smugly to throw fuel without powering down the phone. Hopefully, at least the engine has stopped. We do not know who he was talking, but neither the lens of the disturbed. Some sloppy, Miley did not stop talking for a minute while the hose was doing his job, although we have seen that the actress is all an expert refueling.
