Chris Brown: his neighbors are tired!

The star was accused by his neighbor regarding vandalism, disturbing the peace and to hold dog races in the hallways. According to TMZ, neighbors are especially annoyed by his habit to park in handicapped spaces, offense for which he has already received several tickets.

Last month already, the singer yelled homophobic slurs at another driver after being badly parked.
