After the accusations of fraud, Lady Gaga is again the subject of controversy. The singer Rebecca Francescatti asserts that the star has copied the song Judah, originally written in 1999, to make known to all the tube: Judas. According to the complainant, Lady Gaga has "copied and incorporated portions of his original and substantial work." For his lawyer, "both songs have two very different styles, but the composition is the same." It even specifies that the sound engineer who worked with Gaga on Born This Way had been working at the time with Rebecca for her song Judah.
