Lindsay Lohan vehemently against theft charges. The actress was on Wednesday (09 02) before a court in Los Angeles indicted for aggravated theft. She allegedly stole a necklace worth $ 2,500. The 24-year-old self-declared that it was a simply a misunderstanding.
Allegedly, her jewelry was borrowed from the jeweler. Lindsay wrote, on "Twitter": ".. I would never steal. I was not brought up to lie, cheat or steal." Lindsay Lohan threatens the way up to three years in prison because she is still on probation. In court she pleaded "not guilty".
