Who can forget those scenes of Pretty Woman, where all the women wanted to be Julia Roberts in the arms of Richard Gere spunky? Or better yet, who has not dreamed of her ideal man appeared in the work and take on wings while all the partners are left with their mouths open, as Officer and a Gentleman? Richard Gere, star of them and most of the films for which most women still believe in love, could not get rid of that image of perfect man, sexy, tough and sensitive.
But the truth is that years go by and we have discovered several things. The first is that there is no perfect man, the second aging Richard Gere as the rest of mortals. Increasingly given to worthy causes against poverty and social injustice, not lose sight because Gere, while still fulfilling years, remains active and has an outstanding movie premiere and four other warm in the oven.
