Beyond withdrew Japanese theaters!

While the film by Clint Eastwood, Beyond is still aired in theaters in the world, Japanese theaters have decided to remove the poster after the recent events that took place in the land of the rising sun. Indeed, the opening scene saw a French journalist, played by Cecile de France, caught in a tsunami that devastated everything in its path.

It was a reconstruction of the tsunami in Thailand in 2004, but, tragic coincidence, a major earthquake is unleashing a wave like and has already caused thousands of deaths and disappearances in Japan, Warner Bros.. therefore decided to withdraw the film from theaters. A spokesman said the images were "not appropriate".

It would be very unlikely that the film's American director is once again released in theaters, so the wound is deep in Japanese.
