Javier Bardem, nominated for an Oscar for best actor for his role in Biutiful, said Monday it was "an incredible gift" support from Julia Roberts, Sean Penn or Michael Mann to campaign for the film in the U.S.. Bardem, who attended the traditional food of the candidates in Los Angeles, acknowledged that support for some of his colleagues and friends in Hollywood who had more notoriety favored the film, which also chooses a statuette in the category of best foreign film.
