Placed in police custody since Tuesday, striker Brandao Olympique Marseille will still remain a few hours in the local vice squad to answer charges of sexual assault on it. Custody Player of the OM has been extended by 24 hours. Recall that a young woman of 23 years filed a lawsuit Friday accusing the footballer of raping her in his car when he brought her home to leave a nightclub in Aix-en-Provence last week.
Brazilian striker rejects his allegations and his lawyer Mr. Clusane Patricia said Tuesday at a press conference that "the client is quite serene, he denies completely the facts alleged against him." The victim, who underwent medical examinations at the weekend, told investigators that she had delayed in filing a complaint because she thought his story would not be taken seriously.
