Prince Harry would like to make a splash at the wedding of his brother! After having prepared a burial of bachelorhood strong feelings, he prepared the speech he will present today at the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. So Harry takes his role as witness to heart, and taking advantage of the opportunity to redden his brother: "It will and I and some friends (who will deliver speeches, ed.)
