If you planned to make a flash-mob in the U.S., well, forget it! People had gathered to dance to the Jefferson Memorial in Washington. But this gathering was not to the liking of the police presence there that have simply stopped. A flagrant violation of their right to free expression. Note also that a couple kissing is handcuffed because it is apparently forbidden.
