Johnny Hallyday has no health problems and returned to the front of the stage with his new album "Never Alone" due out March 28 in stores. Stephane Delajoux, the surgeon who had supervised its operation in 2009 is, meanwhile, speak of him again. Indeed, after a Belgian fan Taulier insulted the surgeon on the internet that it pursues defamation, insults and threats of crimes that earned him a trial at the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Paris.
Dorothy Baker, the angry fan has created a group on Facebook "Delajoux right Delajoux left, strikes where you want". In fact, the remarks on this group under its supervision, which means she is criminally responsible for their content. She explained on RTBT: "It was the emotion, anxiety over the health of Johnny Hallyday, like all fans.
(...) I feel like a big criminal ( ...) I mean here is that the 'criminal' is serious, it's just below the foundation, it's still not anything to comment. It was spontaneous, a simple rant and here ... " Unfortunately for her, the damage is already done and it will pay the price.
